By participating in the Jollibee® x Forgotten Island Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”), you (an, “Entrant”) unconditionally accept and agree to comply with and abide by these Official Rules (the “Official Rules”) and the decisions of Honeybee Foods Corporation and Honeybee Foods (Canada) Corporation (the “Sponsor”) and US Sweepstakes & Fulfillment Co. (the “Sweepstakes Administrator”), which shall be final and binding in all respects. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. 

1. SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) on Monday September 14, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM PT on Saturday, October 31, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.  

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who are: a) legal residents of the 50 United States, including the District of Columbia, and Canada excluding Quebec; b) age 18 and the age of majority in their state, province or territory (19+ in Alabama, British Columbia, New Brunswick, Nebraska, NL, Nova Socia, Northern Territories, Nunavut, Yukon; 21+ in Mississippi) at the time of entry; and c) a Jollibee® Rewards member. You must be a Jollibee® Rewards account member with a valid email address attached to your account to enter. To become a Jollibee® Rewards member, you consent to the terms of the Rewards Program (found here https://j0llibeefoods.com/rewards). You must be a Jollibee® Rewards member by October 31, 2026, 11:59PM PST to be eligible. It is free to become a Jollibee® Rewards member. Void in Quebec, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, all other U.S. territories and possessions, outside the U.S. and Canada, and wherever else prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor, Sweepstakes Administrator, Universal Pictures Marketing, a division of Universal Film Exchanges LLC (“Universal”), DreamWorks Animation L.L.C. (“DreamWorks” and together with Universal “NBCUniversal”) and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses regardless of where they live) of, and/or those living in the same household (whether related or not) of each, are not eligible to enter.  

3. PRIZE POOLS: Within the Sweepstakes there are two (2) separate prize pools.  

   1. Prize Pool A (“Prize Pool A”): Consists of the First Prize through Fourth Prizes as defined in Section 5 PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”)/ODDS of these Official Rules.  

   2. Prize Pool B (“Prize Pool B”): Consists of the Grand Prize as defined in Section 5 PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”)/ODDS of these Official Rules.  

HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Sweepstakes, eligible Entrants must first download the Jollibee App (the “App”) on a compatible mobile device and either create a new account or log in to their existing Jollibee® Rewards account (the “Account”) through the App.  

1. Entry Method #1: Initial Purchase Entry. Entrants must make a purchase that includes a Forgotten Island 2pc Box Meal, a Forgotten Island Chicken Sandwich Box Meal, or a Forgotten Island 6pc Bucket Bundle (the “Qualifying Products”) during the Sweepstakes Period, either online, through the App, or at a participating in-store location, using or otherwise associating their Qualifying Products purchase with their Account (each, a “Qualifying Purchase). Qualifying Purchases made online or within the App will require the Entrant to be signed into their Account prior to completing their purchase. Qualifying Purchases made in-store at a participating Jollibee location will require the Entrant to identify themselves at the point of sale (POS) by providing their phone number associated with their Account or scanning their Jollibee Rewards QR code found within the App before completing their purchase. Following the completion of their first Qualifying Purchase during the Sweepstakes Period, a Sweepstakes registration pop-up will appear in the App after the Entrant has signed in. Entrants must complete the sweepstakes registration form (the “Sweepstakes Registration”) and submit (the “Initial Purchase Entry”) to receive one (1) entry into the drawing for Prize Pool A. Entrant may also access the Sweepstakes Registration by logging in to their Account in the App and clicking the Sweepstakes banner. Purchases of Qualifying Products that are cancelled, declined, returned or otherwise not completed will not result in an entry. Initial Purchase Entries must be received between Monday, September 14, 2026 at 12:00:01 AM PT and Saturday, October 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM PT. A Qualifying Purchase alone does not constitute an entry. Entrants must complete the Sweepstakes registration process through the applicable in-App pop-up following the initial Qualifying Purchase. Purchases of non-eligible items, purchases not properly associated with an Entrant’s Account, or failure to complete the Sweepstakes Registration will not result in an entry.  

2. Entry Method #2: Additional Purchase Entry. During the Sweepstakes Period, Entrants that complete eight (8) separate Qualifying Purchases and who completed the Initial Purchase Entry during the Sweepstakes Period will receive one (1) entry into the drawing for Prize Pool B (the “Additional Purchase Entry”). Purchases of Qualifying Products that are cancelled, declined, returned or otherwise not completed will not result in an entry. Additional Purchase Entries must be received between Monday, September 14, 2026 at 12:00:01 AM PT and Saturday, October 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM PT. Purchases of non-eligible items, purchases not properly associated with an Entrant’s Account, or failure to complete the Sweepstakes Registration will not result in an entry. 

3. Entry Method #3: Free, Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”) / Mail-in Entry. To enter without purchase, clearly hand-print your full name, complete address, email address associated with your Jollibee Rewards account, and phone number on a sheet of paper and mail that sheet of paper in an addressed envelope with proper postage to the following address including what Prize Pool you are entering for to receive one (1) entry into the corresponding Prize Pool (the “Mail-In Entry”): The Jollibee x Forgotten Island Giveaway – Prize Pool [insert prize pool “A” or “B”], PO Box 958, Social Circle, GA 30025-0958. By way of example, a Mail-In Entry for Prize Pool A must be addressed to “The Jollibee x Forgotten Island Giveaway – Prize Pool A, PO Box 958, Social Circle, GA 30025-0958. Each Mail-In Entry must be mailed separately and must be postmarked between Monday, September 14, 2026 and Saturday, October 31, 2026, and received by Saturday, November 7, 2026. Outer envelope must include a return address in the upper left-hand corner that matches the Mail-In Entrant’s street address. Limit of one (1) Mail-In Entry per envelope.  

Initial Purchase Entry, Additional Purchase Entry, and Mail-In Entry collectively referred to herein as “Entry” or “Entries”. Limit: One (1) Entry per Prize Pool per Entrant regardless of method of entry. Although subsequent attempts to enter may be received, only the first complete Entry received from a particular Entrant will be eligible; subsequent attempts by the same person to enter, including entries submitted with an alternate email address, will be disqualified. 

All methods of entry have an equal chance of winning. All Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Photocopied, illegible, or mechanically reproduced entries are not eligible. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected or postage-due mailed entries. 1. PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”)/ODDS:  

Prize Pool A Prizes:  

First Prize: There is one (1) First Prize available to be won. One (1) First Prize winner (the “First Prize Winner”) will receive an Epic California Adventure Package for two (2) people, First Prize Winner and one (1) guest (the “First Prize Guest”) to Los Angeles, California including:  

• Round-trip, economy-class airfare for two (2) to Los Angeles, California from a major airport nearest to the winner within 50 US or Canada (excluding Quebec) up to a maximum airfare allowance of $800 USD / $1,100 CAD per person.; 

• Roundtrip airport transfers in Los Angeles, transfers to and from Long Beach, California and ferry to Catalina Island and ferry ride to Catalina Island;

• The total ARV of the First Prize is: $6,200 USD /$8,550 CAD. 

FIRST PRIZE TERMS & CONDITIONS: 

Element London Ltd. is the prize provider “the Prize Provider”) of the First Prize. Any personal data submitted by the winner to the Prize Provider will be treated in accordance with Prize Provider’s privacy policy, which is accessible at: https://element-london.com/element-london-privacy-policy-travel-english/. Roundtrip economy flights may be indirect and not all routings will be available, flight itinerary will be determined by prize provider at their sole discretion; Prize package is for 2 adults, First Prize Winner and First Prize Guest, all of whom must travel at the same time; First Prize Winner’s Guest must be a legal U.S. resident, 18 years or older and the age of majority in their state of residence, unless First Prize Guest is a child of the First Prize Winner. First Prize Guest must complete and return a Travel Companion Liability & Publicity Release prior to travel as noted below. If First Prize Winner’s Guest is deemed a minor in their state of primary residence, First Prize Winner must be minor First Prize Guest’s parent or legal guardian and must execute the Travel Companion Liability Release on the minor First Prize Guest’s behalf, as applicable. If First Prize Winner elects to travel or partake in the First Prize with no First Prize Guest, no additional compensation will be awarded. 

All travel related expenses, including but not limited to, airfare costs exceeding that of the airfare allowance, ground transportation, taxes, gratuities, incidentals, upgrades, insurance, service charges, airport surcharges, departure taxes, hotel, resort or property fees, luggage fees, food & beverage and personal expenses are the sole responsibility of First Prize Winner and/or First Prize Guest. Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit may be required at any time for incidental charges (e.g., room service, use of telephone/IT services, laundry and all other optional extra services not provided in the First Prize). Any person that participates in the trip that is not deemed to be a First Prize Guest must pay their own expenses. First Prize Winner and First Prize Guest must travel on same itinerary. First Prize Winner and First Prize Guest are responsible for obtaining the proper travel documentation (e.g., valid photo ID and/or passport with a minimum validity 6 months after the date of return) at their own cost prior to travel. Second Prize: There is one (1) Second Prize available to be won. One (1) Second Prize winner (the “Second Prize Winner”) will receive a North American Trip Package for two (2) people, Second Prize Winner and one (1) guest (the “Second Prize Guest”) to Cape Cod, Massachusetts: 

• Round-trip, economy-class airfare for two (2) to Boston, Massachusetts from a major airport nearest to the winner within the 50 US or Canada (excluding Quebec) up to a maximum airfare allowance of $800 USD / $1,100 CAD per person.; 

• Rental Car: For 5 days, to be collected/returned to Boston Logan Intl Airport. Incl. GPS hire and $150 USD / $200 CAD fuel allowance; 

• Four (4) nights glamping accommodations in a one-bedroom camper at Cape Cod. The following experiences may be included but are seasonal and subject to availability: 

  • Morning Yoga Session: (1 hour) Includes instructor; 

  • Oyster Shucking Experience: (3 hours) Includes expert guide, interactive tasting and hands-on shucking experience; 

  • Live Campfire Music (2 hours);

• The total ARV of the Second Prize is: $5,950 USD / $8,200 CAD. Fuel and dinner allowance will be sent via bank transfer to the Second Prize Winner’s nominated account. Winners will be required to provide bank information in order to coordinate the bank transfer for prize. 

SECOND PRIZE TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Car rental component is subject to rental agency’s terms and conditions, including minimum age requirements for select vehicles. In the event winner cannot comply with rental agency’s terms and conditions, the Second Prize package will be awarded without the car rental component and no other substitution or compensation will be provided in lieu thereof. 

Third Prize: There is one (1) Third Prize available to be won. One Third Prize winner (the “Third Prize Winner”) will receive an Adventure Bundle including:

THIRD PRIZE TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 

Element London Ltd. is the prize provider “the Prize Provider”) of the Third Prize. Any personal data submitted by the winner to the Prize Provider will be treated in accordance with Prize Provider’s privacy policy, which is accessible at: https://element-london.com/element-london-privacy-policy-travel-english/. Items to be delivered to one address within USA (the 50 U.S./D.C.) or Canada (excluding Quebec) only; Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable; No cash alternative is available; All prizes are subject to availability, and exact brand names/models may vary. In the event that any of the products listed above are unavailable, alternative products of equal value will be provided; Prize may need to be signed for on delivery and it is the recipient’s responsibility to ensure that all items are present, correct and undamaged; Third Prize Winner is responsible for ensuring that any delivery notes are checked on receipt; Third Prize excludes anything not expressly listed above; Due to industry-wide supply chain issues, there may be unforeseen delays to deliveries of physical prizes. We will endeavor to get products delivered to winners as quickly as possible. 

Fourth Prize: There is one (1) Fourth Prize available to be won. One Fourth Prize winner (the “Fourth Prize Winner”) will receive a National Park Package for two (2): 

• Travel Allowance: Provided with the value of $65 USD / $95 CAD per person awarded as a travel allowance; 

• Entrance/Parking at a National Park of Choice in the USA or Canada.; 

• Activity: Provided with the value of up to $100 USD / $140 CAD per person, once the winner has chosen their location, a list of activities will be provided by the Prize Provider for the winner to choose from and the Prize Provider will book the activity on the winner’s behalf. Activity may include the following and depends on availability. Final activity list will be determined at the Prize Providers sole discretion: 

  • Guided Wildlife Tour; 

  • Guided Nature Hike; 

  • ATV Tour; 

  • Snorkeling Tour; and 

• Meal at a Restaurant Nearby to National Park Experience: Provided to the value of $65 USD / $95 CAD per person awarded as a meal allowance. 

• The total ARV of the Fourth Prize is: $600 USD/ $830 CAD. Travel, and meal allowance will be sent via bank transfer to the Fourth Prize Winner’s nominated account. Winners will be required to provide bank information in order to coordinate the bank transfer for prize. 

FOURTH PRIZE TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 

Element London Ltd. is the prize provider “the Prize Provider”) of the Fourth Prize. Any personal data submitted by the winner to the Prize Provider will be treated in accordance with Prize Provider’s privacy policy, which is accessible at: https://element-london.com/element-london-privacy-policy-travel-english/. Prize Provider will provide winner with a list of available experiences and locations upon notification (the “Prize Notification”), after the Fourth Prize Winner has been confirmed, and confirmation of winner’s location, up to the value of $100 USD / $140 CAD per person, activities may include: guided wildlife tour, guided nature hike, ATV tour or snorkeling tour; Exact experience, inclusions and length of time will vary by location and will be advised by Prize Provider; Activity will be selected by Prize Provider at the sole discretion; Travel expenses are included up to the value of $65 USD / $95 CAD per person, which can be spent on fuel/parking, car transfers, or travel by public transport; Allowance for entrance/parking at the national park is provided up to the value of $40 USD / $55 CAD; Prize package is for 2 adults, all of whom must travel at the same time; At least one person travelling must be over the age of 18; Where any travelers are aged under 18, they must have prior parental or guardian permission; the Fourth Prize excludes domestic ground transfers, meals and drinks, excursions, rental car, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the prize package; all elements of the prize are subject to availability; if unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and value may be offered; winners must contact prize provider with three preferred travel dates in three separate months no later than six weeks prior to departure; once booked, the prize cannot be amended or cancelled; prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; no cash alternative is available; Fourth Prize cannot be taken over Christmas, New Year or Public Holidays in the departure or arrival country; Fourth Prize is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of notification of winning, and all travel must be completed within that time; ; All experiences will be conducted in English; If the winner elects not to, or is unable to, use part of the prize, the winner will forfeit that part of the prize package. 

Prize Pool B Prize:  

Grand Prize: There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be won. One (1) Grand Prize winner (the “Grand Prize Winner”) will receive a trip package for two (2) people, Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (a “Grand Prize Guest”) to Puerto Princesa, Philippines. Trip package includes: 

• Round-trip, economy-class airfare for two (2) to Puerto Princesa, Philippines from a major airport within the 50 US or Canada (excluding Quebec) up to a maximum airfare allowance of $2,400 USD / $3,300 CAD per person.; 

• Two (2) nights hotel accommodations at a hotel of Sponsor’s choice in Puerto Princesa, double occupancy room, with breakfast; 

• Three (3) nights accommodations on a private island resort in El Nido, one (1) double occupancy room; 

• Round trip transfers to/from destination airport and hotel; 

• Activities in Puerto Princesa include: 

• Private Beach Hopping Tour (7 hours); 

  • Private Pearl Friendship Bracelet Making Workshop (4 hours); and

GRAND PRIZE TERMS & CONDITIONS:  

Element London Ltd. is the prize provider (“the Prize Provider”) of the Grand Prize. Any personal data submitted by the winner to the Prize Provider will be treated in accordance with Prize Provider’s privacy policy, which is accessible at: https://element-london.com/element-london-privacy-policy-travel-english/.Roundtrip economy flights may be indirect and not all routings will be available, flight itinerary will be determined by Prize Provider at their sole discretion; Grand Prize package is for 2 adults, Grand Prize Winner & Grand Prize Guest, all of whom must travel at the same time; Grand Prize Winner’s Guest must be a legal U.S. resident, 18 years or older and the age of majority in their state of residence, unless Guest is a child of the Winner. Grand Prize Guest must complete and return a Travel Companion Liability & Publicity Release prior to travel as noted below. If Grand Prize Winner’s Guest is deemed a minor in their state of primary residence, Winner must be minor Guest’s parent or legal guardian and must execute the Travel Companion Liability Release on the minor Guest’s behalf, as applicable. If a Winner elects to travel or partake in the Grand Prize with no Grand Prize Guest, no additional compensation will be awarded. 

All travel related expenses, including but not limited to, airfare costs exceeding that of the airfare allowance, ground transportation, taxes, gratuities, incidentals, upgrades, insurance, service charges, airport surcharges, departure taxes, hotel, resort or property fees, luggage fees, food & beverage and personal expenses are the sole responsibility of Grand Prize Winner and/or Grand Prize Guest. Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit may be required at any time for incidental charges (e.g., room service, use of telephone/IT services, laundry and all other optional extra services not provided in the Grand Prize). Any person that participates in the trip that is not deemed to be a Grand Prize Guest must pay their own expenses. Grand Prize Winner and Grand Prize Guest must travel on same itinerary. Grand Prize Winner and Grand Prize Guest are responsible for obtaining the proper travel documentation (e.g., valid photo ID and/or passport with a minimum validity 6 months after the date of return) at their own cost prior to travel. Accommodation is for five (5) nights in total, comprised of two (2) nights in a 4-star hotel in Puerto Princesa City, Philippines, and three (3) nights in a 5-star private island resort in El Nido, based on 2 adults sharing a double occupancy room; A valid credit or debit card may be required to guarantee the accommodation on check in; Stay must include a Saturday night; Travel arrangements, including costs relating to public transport, fuel or parking, to and from the winner or companion/s’ home and departure airport do not form part of the prize and are the responsibility of the winner and their travelling companion/s; the Grand Prize excludes domestic ground transfers, meals and drinks, excursions, rental car, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the prize package; All elements of the prize are subject to availability; if unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and value may be offered; Accommodation will be selected by prize provider at their sole discretion; Winners must contact prize provider with three preferred travel dates in three separate months no later than six weeks prior to departure; Once booked, the prize cannot be amended or cancelled; Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; no cash alternative is available; All travelers will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel; any necessary visas or insurance are the responsibility of the winner and guests; Prize cannot be taken over Christmas, New Year or Public Holidays in the departure or arrival country; Grand Prize is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of winner verification, and all travel must be completed within that time; The private beach hopping tour is subject to weather conditions; The firefly watching tour is not recommended for pregnant women, those with mobility impairments or those with severe insect allergies; The minimum age for the scuba diving discovery experience is 10 years old, experience is not suitable for guests with pre-existing medical conditions; All experiences will be conducted in English; If the winner elects not to, or is unable to, use part of the prize, the winner will forfeit that part of the Grand Prize package;  

The total maximum ARV of all prizes available to be won: $25,135 USD / $34,670 CAD. There is a limit of one (1) prize per Entrant. Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible Entries received for each drawing. 

First Prize Guest, Second Prize Guest, and Grand Prize Guest each collectively referred to within as each a “Guest”. First Prize, Second Prize and Grand Prize each collectively referred to herein as “Trip Prize”. 

Prizes are not redeemable for cash, assignable, transferable and may not be substituted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component of equal or greater value at its discretion. Any difference between the stated value and actual value of any prize will not be awarded. Any other incidental expenses on a prize not specified herein are the winner’s sole responsibility. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes or components of a prize. Sponsor, Sweepstakes Administrator and Prize Provider, shall not be liable for any mistake made by winners or shipping fulfilment providers in shipment or delivery of any prize. The specifics of a prize model, color and size awarded shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. Actual prizes awarded may vary from that depicted in advertising materials. Any prize depiction is for illustrative purposes only. Only the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules is available to be won in the Sweepstakes. If, by reason of a print or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these Official Rules, winners will be determined in a random drawing from among all eligible claimants making purportedly valid claims to award the advertised number of prizes available. 

Winners are responsible for all federal, state, local and income taxes associated with winning prize.  

Merchandise Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Winners acknowledge that the Sponsor and all other businesses affiliated with this Sweepstakes and their agents do not make, nor are in any manner responsible for any warranty, representations, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the quality, conditions, fitness or merchantability of any aspect of the prize being offered, except that each merchandise prize shall be subject to its manufacturer’s standard warranty (if any). Once the prize has been delivered to the winner’s provided address, the prize is considered awarded. 

Trip Prize Terms and Conditions: Trip must be used within twelve (12) months of winner verification or the Trip Prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Once booked, the Trip Prize cannot be amended or cancelled. Travel arrangements must be made through the Prize Provider and on an airline carrier of Sponsor’s choice, if applicable. All reservations and travel are subject to availability and blackout dates apply. Blackout dates, advance booking requirements and travel restrictions may apply. Availability is subject to factors such as weather, seasonality and space availability.  

Trip Winners and Guests must agree to abide by all air carrier, hotel, venue, transportation, and any other prize-related activity rules and regulations in effect. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of prize and no other substitution or compensation will be provided in lieu thereof. 

Sponsor will, in its sole discretion, determine which airport is closest to the Trip winner’s home. In the event a winner’s residence is close enough to the prize destination, such that air transportation is deemed by Sponsor in its sole discretion to be unnecessary, the Trip Prize will not include air transportation from such Trip Prize winner’s residence and no other substitution or compensation will be provided in lieu thereof. Winner and their Guest are responsible for obtaining any travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) that they may wish to obtain (at their own expense) and hereby acknowledge that the Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance.  

If weather or other incident or conditions beyond the control of the Sponsor affects the ability for a winner and their Guest to redeem any portion of the Trip Prize during the scheduled date and time, then the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the winner and/or Guest other than to supply the remaining elements of the prize package minus the unused portion of prize. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels, venue operators, transportation companies, prize providers or any other persons providing any prize-related services or accommodations. Sponsor is not liable for expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any transportation or other prize element except at the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, and those set forth by airline carrier as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. The passenger contracts in use by the airline or other transportation companies shall constitute the sole contracts with respect to the winner’s and their Guest’s transportation and such contracts shall be solely between the winner, Guest, and such transportation companies. Trip components issued in connection with the prize may not be eligible for frequent flyer miles, other rewards programs or upgrades. If for any reason whatsoever, a winner and/or their Guest are unable to travel after all travel arrangements have been made and paid, the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the winner. If Trip Prize is forfeited prior to Sponsor finalizing and paying for travel, and there is sufficient time to notify an alternate winner, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing from among all non-winning eligible Entries.  

In the event a winner or their Guest engages in behavior that, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, or that in any way disparages or adversely affects the reputation, image, and/or customer goodwill of Sponsor or any of Sponsor’s services, products, trademarks, service marks, or logos, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the trip early, in whole or in part, and send the winner and/or their Guest home with no further obligation or compensation whatsoever to winner and/or Guest. In the event a winner and/or their Guest engages in behavior during travel that (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) is illegal, tortious, or subjects winner to arrest or detention, Sponsor shall have no obligation to pay any damages, fees, fines, judgments or other costs or expenses of any kind whatsoever incurred by winner and/or Guest as a result of such conduct.  

SPONSOR AND NBCUNIVERSAL SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER DAMAGES OR EXPENSES RESULTING FROM OR ARISING OUT OF ANY TRAVEL RELATED TO THE PRIZE OR ANY OTHER ASPECT OF A PRIZE WINNER’S ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF THE PRIZE.  

1. RANDOM DRAWING: The potential winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about Monday, November 9, 2026 from among all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period by the Sweepstakes Administrator, an independent representative of the Sponsor whose decisions are final.  

2. WINNER NOTIFICATION & VERIFICATION:  

• Grand Prize, First Prize & Second Prize Winners: Each of the potential Grand Prize, First Prize and Second Prize Winners will be notified by the Sweepstakes Administrator, via email and/or phone, and will be required to sign and return, within five (5) days of notification, an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Waiver, an IRS W-9 Form and where allowable, a Publicity Release (collectively, "the Releases") or, if winner resides in Canada, a Declaration and Release Form (the “Declaration”). Guest companion of each winner will also be required to sign a Travel Companion Liability & Publicity Release. Noncompliance will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected.  

  If Grand Prize, First Prize, & Second Prize winner is a U.S. resident, he or she will be required to complete and return an IRS W-9 Form and furnish his/her Social Security Number for the sole purpose of tax reporting, as required by law. Noncompliance will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected.  

  If Grand Prize, First Prize, & Second Prize winner is a Canadian resident, then they will be required to correctly answer a skill-based mathematical test question without mechanical or other aid (which may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, be administered online, by email or other electronic means, by telephone, or in the Sponsor’s form of Declaration and Release) within a limited time-period in order to be eligible to receive their prize. Not providing the answer within the required time period, providing an incorrect or incomplete answer, or noncompliance with the terms of administration of the skill-testing question will result in disqualification of the potential winner and an alternate winner may be selected. Without limiting the generality of the forgoing, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to administer an alternate test of skill as it deems appropriate based on the circumstances and/or to comply with applicable law.

If a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, or if winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, that winner will be disqualified, and the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing. If Sponsor is unable to determine and verify a potential winner after repeated alternate drawings or if Sponsor fails to receive a sufficient number of Entries to correspond to the number of prizes available to be awarded, Sponsor reserves the right to not award such prize(s). 

1. PUBLICITY RELEASE: Except where prohibited by law, entry and acceptance of prize constitute permission to use winner's name, prize won, hometown, likeness, video recordings, photographs, and statements for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity (including online posting) in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission. 

2. GENERAL: Entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and the Sweepstakes Administrator, and release the Sponsor, the Sweepstakes Administrator, NBCUniversal, Element London Ltd., and their affiliated companies, and all other businesses involved in this Sweepstakes, as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each (the “Released Parties”), from all claims and liability relating to their participation in the Sweepstakes, and the acceptance and use/misuse of the prize offered. Entrants assume all liability for and Released Parties shall be held harmless against any liability for any injury, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including personal injury or death, or injury to property caused or claimed to be caused in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by participation in this Sweepstakes, acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of the prize, or any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy, or merchandise delivery. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prize.  

   In the event of a dispute over the identity of an Entrant, Entry will be deemed submitted by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the e-mail address associated with Entrants Jollibee® Rewards account used at time of entry. Authorized Account Holder means the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Sponsor may ask any Entrant or potential winner to provide Sponsor with proof, to Sponsor’s satisfaction, that such party is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the Entry. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices are void. The Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged or illegible entries; or (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof; or (iii) any injury or damage to Entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrant (i) agrees to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agrees to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor and the Sweepstakes Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes.  

   Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes cannot be run as planned, Sponsor may disqualify any suspect entries or individuals from the Sweepstakes and any sweepstakes it sponsors and (a) suspend the Sweepstakes and modify the Sweepstakes to address the impairment, then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; and/or (b) award the prize at random from among the eligible, non-suspect Entries received up to the time of the impairment.

GOVERNING LAW AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of Entrants, Sponsor or the Released Parties in connection with the Sweepstakes will be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other laws. 

BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT AGREES THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (A) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES, OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED, WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (B) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED (IF ANY) NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS’ FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; (C) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), AND/OR ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED; AND (D) ENTRANTS’ REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES (IF ANY) AND ENTRANT IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF. 1. DISPUTES: The parties hereto each agree to finally settle all disputes only through arbitration; provided, however, the Released Parties shall be entitled to seek injunctive or equitable relief in the state and federal courts in Los Angeles County, California and any other court with jurisdiction over the parties. In arbitration, there is no judge or jury and review is limited. The arbitrator’s decision and award is final and binding, with limited exceptions, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. The parties agree that, except as set forth above, any claim, suit, action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved solely by binding arbitration before a sole arbitrator under the streamlined Arbitration Rules Procedures of JAMS Inc. (“JAMS”) or any successor to JAMS. In the event JAMS is unwilling or unable to set a hearing date within fourteen (14) days of the filing of a “Demand for Arbitration”, then either party can elect to have the arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) or any other mutually agreeable arbitration administration service. If an in-person hearing is required, then it will take place in Los Angeles County, California. The federal or state law that applies to these Official Rules will also apply during the arbitration. Disputes will be arbitrated only on an individual basis and will not be consolidated with any other proceedings that involve any claims or controversy of another party, including any class actions; provided, however, if for any reason any court or arbitrator holds that this restriction is unconscionable or unenforceable, then the agreement to arbitrate doesn’t apply and the dispute must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Los Angeles County, California. Sponsor agrees to pay the administrative and arbitrator’s fees in order to conduct the arbitration (but specifically excluding any travel or other costs of Entrant to attend the arbitration hearing). Either party may, notwithstanding this provision, bring qualifying claims in small claims court. 

2. PRIVACY: As a condition of entering the Sweepstakes, each Entrant gives consent for Sponsor to obtain and deliver their name, address and other information to third parties, including Sweepstakes Administrator, for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes and to comply with applicable laws, regulations and rules, including, without limitation, the storing of your personal information for purposes of complying with state record retention requirements. Any information Entrant provides to Sponsor may be used to communicate with Entrant in relation to this Sweepstakes or on a Sweepstakes winner’s list.
